At UppRise, our mission is to simplify access to resources, provide compassionate advocacy and wellness support, prepare communities for emergencies, and foster connections, serving aging individuals, those with disabilities, youth, and residents in need. We offer a variety of programs to meet the specific needs of our clients, including Simplify Support Services for aging and population with disability, UppRise wellness for wellness support, UppRise Family Emergency Preparedness Program, which equips vulnerable seniors and individuals with disabilities with the tools, training, and resources they need to prepare for disaster, and UppRise Connect for community engagement.
